Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η υλοποίηση του Υποέργου 2 «Ενδυνάμωση της ΠΣΑ και Ανάπτυξη της Κοινωνικής Καινοτομίας» της Πράξης «Μηχανισμός Υποστήριξης της Περιφερειακής Συντονιστικής Αρχής Θεσσαλίας για την ανάπτυξη της κοινωνικής καινοτομίας ως μέσο για την αντιμετώπιση της κρίσης», με κωδικό MIS 6039177. Σκοπός της σύμβασης είναι η επιχειρησιακή ενδυνάμωση της ΠΣΑ και η δημιουργία λειτουργικού μηχανισμού συνεργασίας και κοινωνικής καινοτομίας, με στόχο την υποστήριξη της απασχόλησης, της κοινωνικής ένταξης, της κοινωνικής επιχειρηματικότητας και της ανθεκτικότητας των πληγεισών περιοχών της Θεσσαλίας.
