Ανοικτός Ηλεκτρονικός Διαγωνισμός άνω των ορίων, για την παροχή εξειδικευμένων υπηρεσιών υποστήριξης της Επιτροπής Εποπτείας και Ελέγχου Παιγνίων στην προετοιμασία συμμόρφωσης και στην υλοποίηση ενεργειών προσαρμογής στο νέο ενωσιακό πλαίσιο για την καταπολέμηση της νομιμοποίησης εσόδων και της χρηματοδότησης της τρομοκρατίας (EU AML Package), με σκοπό την ενίσχυση του πλαισίου κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης και της εποπτείας της αγοράς τυχερών παιγνίων, διάρκειας δώδεκα (12) μηνών. Αντικείμενο της παρούσας είναι η παροχή εξειδικευμένων υπηρεσιών υποστήριξης της Επιτροπής Εποπτείας και Ελέγχου Παιγνίων στην προετοιμασία συμμόρφωσης και στην υλοποίηση δράσεων προσαρμογής στο νέο ενωσιακό πλαίσιο για την καταπολέμηση της νομιμοποίησης εσόδων και της χρηματοδότησης της τρομοκρατίας (EU AML Package), με σκοπό την ενίσχυση του πλαισίου κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης και της εποπτείας της αγοράς τυχερών παιγνίων.
