Σύναψη Συμφωνίας-Πλαίσιο για την παροχή υπηρεσιών υποστήριξης της ΕΕΕΠ στην άσκηση των κανονιστικών, εποπτικών, ελεγκτικών και διοικητικών της αρμοδιοτήτων, καθώς και συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών για την εκπόνηση μελετών Αντικείμενο της παρούσας Συμφωνίας - Πλαίσιο και των εκτελεστικών αυτής συμβάσεων είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών υποστήριξης της ΕΕΕΠ στην άσκηση των κανονιστικών, εποπτικών, ελεγκτικών και διοικητικών της αρμοδιοτήτων, καθώς και συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών για την εκπόνηση μελετών στρατηγικού, επιχειρησιακού και οργανωτικού χαρακτήρα, προς υποστήριξη της άσκησης των αρμοδιοτήτων της Αναθέτουσας Αρχής και ενίσχυση της αποτελεσματικότητας των εποπτικών και ελεγκτικών της διαδικασιών, ιδίως ως προς τον σχεδιασμό, την εφαρμογή, την παρακολούθηση και την αξιολόγησή τους, σε τομείς που άπτονται της εποπτευόμενης αγοράς παιγνίων, της προστασίας των παικτών, της αξιοποίησης τεχνολογικών και οργανωτικών εργαλείων, στο πλαίσιο του στρατηγικού και επιχειρησιακού σχεδιασμού της Αρχής για την περίοδο 2026-2030.
