Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι: (α) η παροχή υπηρεσιών υποβοήθησης και υποστήριξης στην είσπραξη των πάσης φύσεως λογαριασμών της Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε. από τους πελάτες της σύμφωνα με τα τιμολόγια που προσκομίζουν οι πελάτες (ταμειακά παραστατικά), συμπεριλαμβανομένων: της επιστροφής χρημάτων και της ακύρωσης είσπραξης σύμφωνα με τα εκδιδόμενα παραστατικά, καθώς και της τήρησης των απαιτούμενων διαδικασιών σε περιπτώσεις προσωρινής αδυναμίας εξόφλησης και επικύρωσης λογαριασμών λόγω τεχνικών προβλημάτων και κατά τη διενέργεια των χρηματαποστολών, με τη στελέχωση θέσεων εξυπηρέτησης κοινού των ταμείων εισπράξεων των υφισταμένων και λειτουργούντων Περιφερειακών Κέντρων της Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε. και του ταμείου είσπραξης του Κέντρου Λυμάτων Μεταμόρφωσης ή και όποιου τυχόν άλλου Περιφερειακού Κέντρου ήθελε ιδρυθεί και τη διάθεση ομάδας έργου τριάντα πέντε (35) ατόμων και (β) η παροχή υπηρεσιών διοικητικής και τεχνικής υποστήριξης της Γενικής Διεύθυνσης Πελατών της Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε. Παροχή υπηρεσιών υποβοήθησης και υποστήριξης στην είσπραξη των πάσης φύσεως λογαριασμών της Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε.
