Το φυσικό αντικείμενο αφορά στη μελέτη για την κατασκευή του Νέου Αρχαιολογικού Μουσείου Λευκάδας σύμφωνα με το εγκεκριμένο κτιριολογικό πρόγραμμα. Περιλαμβάνει την εκπόνηση των ακολούθων μελετών: Αρχιτεκτονική μελέτη - Στατική μελέτη - Μελέτης Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων - Μελέτη Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης - Έκδοση Άδειας Δόμησης - Τεύχη δημοπράτησης - Μελέτη, ΣΑΥ - ΦΑΥ. Η μελέτη για την κατασκευή του Νέου Αρχαιολογικού Μουσείου Λευκάδας θα εκπονηθεί σύμφωνα με το εγκεκριμένο κτιριολογικό πρόγραμμα και με στόχο τη δημιουργία ενός σύγχρονου, ενεργειακά αποδοτικού και καθολικά προσβάσιμου μουσείου που θα συμβάλλει στην προβολή και ανάδειξη του σημαντικότατου αρχαιολογικού πλούτου της Π.Ε. Λευκάδας και γενικότερα στην ανάπτυξη της περιοχής. Περιλαμβάνει την εκπόνηση των ακολούθων μελετών: Αρχιτεκτονική μελέτη - Στατική μελέτη - Μελέτης Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων - Μελέτη Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης - Έκδοση Άδειας Δόμησης - Τεύχη δημοπράτησης - Μελέτη ΣΑΥ - ΦΑΥ. Οι απαιτήσεις στις αντίστοιχες κατηγορίες μελετών, είναι: 1. κατηγορία μελέτης (6) «Αρχιτεκτονικές μελέτες κτιριακών έργων», ελάχιστη στελέχωση δυναμικού 7 μονάδες, 2. κατηγορία μελέτης (7) «Ειδικές αρχιτεκτονικές μελέτες», ελάχιστη στελέχωση δυναμικού 3 μονάδες, 3. κατηγορία μελέτης (8) «Στατικές μελέτες», ελάχιστη στελέχωση δυναμικού 12 μονάδες, 4. κατηγορία μελέτης (9) «Μηχανολογικές, ηλεκτρολογικές και ηλεκτρονικές μελέτες», ελάχιστη στελέχωση δυναμικού 12 μονάδες.
