Το φυσικό αντικείμενο αφορά την προμήθεια προκατασκευασμένων οικίσκων που θα χρησιμοποιηθούν για την δημιουργία των κτιρίων φιλοξενίας των αδέσποτων, καθώς και την δημιουργία ενός κτιρίου το οποίο θα λειτουργεί ως κτίριο διοίκησης. Επίσης περιλαμβάνονται όλα τα υπό προμήθεια είδη που κρίνονται απαραίτητα για την άρτια λειτουργία του καταφυγίου και κυρίως αφορούν την φροντίδα των αδέσποτων ζώων.
