Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια φασματοφωτομέτρων, για τις ανάγκες των εργαστηρίων του ΓΧΚ, τα τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά των οποίων και οι λοιπές απαιτήσεις περιγράφονται αναλυτικά στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Α’ της παρούσας το οποίο αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο μέρος αυτής και συγκεκριμένα: ΕΙΔΟΣ 1: Φασματοφωτόμετρο UV -VIS με RFID (1 τεμάχιο) ΕΙΔΟΣ 2: Φασματοφωτόμετρο UV -VIS (μικροπλακών) (1 τεμάχιo) ΕΙΔΟΣ 3: Φασματοφωτόμετρο UV -VIS διπλής δέσμης (1 τεμάχιο) ΕΙΔΟΣ 4: Φασματοφωτόμετρο (τύπου HACH) (2 τεμάχια) ΕΙΔΟΣ 5: Φασματοφωτόμετρο (τύπου Merck) (2 τεμάχια) ΕΙΔΟΣ 6: Φορητό σύστημα XRF (1 τεμάχιο) ΕΙΔΟΣ 7: Φασματοφωτόμετρο FT-IR (3 τεμάχια) ΕΙΔΟΣ 8: Φασματογράφος XRF (1 τεμάχιο) ΕΙΔΟΣ 9: Φορητό φασματοφωτόμετρο FTIR (1 τεμάχιο) τα τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά των φασματοφωτομέτρων και οι λοιπές απαιτήσεις περιγράφονται αναλυτικά στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Α’ της διακήρυξης. Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για ένα για περισσότερα από ένα ή για όλα τα ζητούμενα είδη. Σημειώνεται ότι κάθε προσφορά πρέπει να αφορά ολόκληρη την ποσότητα του υπό προμήθεια είδους, όπως αυτό περιγράφεται στο Παράρτημα Α΄ της διακήρυξης. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 417.880,00€ συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. 24% (χωρίς Φ.Π.Α. : 337.000,00€ πλέον Φ.Π.Α. (24%): 80.880,00€) Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει της τιμής. Ο χρόνος παράδοσης και εγκατάστασης (συμπεριλαμβανομένης της εκπαίδευσης) θα είναι τέσσερις (4) μήνες από την επομένη της ανάρτησης της σύμβασης στο ΚΗΜΔΗΣ.
