Die Charite - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Campus Charite Mitte (CCM), Charitéplatz 1 ,10117 Berlin schreibt für die Tagesklinik Rheumatologie folgende Leistung aus: Im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme soll Ebene 03 bestehend aus Dienst-und Untersuchungsräumen umgebaut werden. Hierbei soll die bestehende Elektroinstallation und Deckenbeleuchtung großflächig ersetzt und neu strukturiert werden. Die Bestandsstromkreise sind nach Prüfung weiterzuverwenden und durch zusätzliche Endstromkreise zu erweitern. Die Leitungsverlegung erfolgt im Flurbereich an den Zwischendecken und im Bereich der Räume an der Decke oder in Kanälen. Die im Bestands befindlichen Bereichsverteiler sollen gegen neue Anlagen ausgetauscht werden. Es bestehen gesonderte Anforderungen nach dem Berliner Ausschreibungs- und Vergabegesetz (BerlAVG), siehe Vergabeunterlagen.
