Description

Die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin beabsichtigt die Errichtung eines zukunftsweisenden Neubaus für das Deutsche Herzzentrum der Charité (DHZC) im südwestlichen Bereich des Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK). In dem geplanten Neubau werden u.a. auch die Zentrale Sterilgutversorgung (ZSVA) und die Zentrale Notaufnahme (ZNA) untergebracht sowie auf dem Dach des Gebäudes ein Hubschrauberlandeplatz errichtet. Die Gesamtnutzfläche für den Neubau DHZC beträgt ca. 29.800 m² bei einer Bruttogrundrissfläche von ca. 75.600 m² und einem Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 355.000 m³. Es ist geplant, den Neubau als Hochbau mit 16 Obergeschossen sowie 2 Untergeschossen zu errichten. Für das Gebäude wird eine Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierung nach dem System der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) in der Stufe "Gold" angestrebt. Gem. der VdS-2108-Richtlinie wird zur Brandbekämpfung des Hubschrauber-Landeplatzes im 17. Obergeschoss eine Schaumlöschanlage geplant. Die Fläche des Landeplatzes beträgt ca. 893 m². Die Technikzentrale der Schaumlöschanlage befindet sich im 16.OG unterhalb des Hubschrauberlandeplatzes. Hier sind die Löschwasser- und Schaummittelbehälter untergebracht. Die Technikzentrale der Schaumlöschanlage ist in den Sprinklerschutz, z.B. der geplanten HDWN-Anlage mit einzubeziehen. Die Brandbekämpfung erfolgt über fernsteuerbare Löschmonitore. Die Auslösung erfolgt manuell. Eine Alarmierung im Brandfall erfolgt über die BMZ. Eine weitere detaillierte Leistungsbeschreibung ist dem LV zu entnehmen.
