NT ønsker at gennemføre en omstilling af kollektiv trafik i landdistrikter, så den skaber bedre mobilitet, bliver økonomisk bæredygtig og mere tilgængelig for alle målgrupper. Dette skal realiseres gennem udviklingen af et koncept for fremtidens behovsstyrede mobilitet i Nordjylland, som har bred opbakning fra både politikere og interessenter. Konceptet skal efterfølgende implementeres i samarbejde med de nordjyske kommer og region. NT ønsker hjælp fra en ekstern konsulent til udvikling og formidling af konceptet.
