Description

Udbuddet omfatter totalrådgivning i forbindelse med udviklingen af området omkring Hundested Idrætscenter. Rådgivningen skal understøtte Ordregivers arbejde med at realisere visionen for området, herunder styrke sammenhængen mellem funktionerne og skabe et attraktivt og samlet idrætsmiljø. Udviklingen af Hundested Idrætscenter kan blandt andet omfatte etablering af en ny 8-mands kunstgræsbane, klubhus, parkeringsfaciliteter og vejanlæg samt arealudvikling og byggemodning med henblik på udstykning af boliger, der understøtter kommunens bosætningsstrategi. Projektets endelige indhold og omfang er endnu ikke fastlagt. Det er derfor en central del af totalrådgiverens opgave i tæt samarbejde med Ordregiver at kvalificere, udvikle og fastlægge de endelige projektløsninger på baggrund af de overordnede visioner og målsætninger for området. Ordregiver forbeholder sig i særlige tilfælde ret til at lade enkelte projekter varetage af andre rådgivere eller samarbejdspartnere. Ordregiver er således ikke forpligtet til at rekvirere rådgivningsydelser vedrørende samtlige projekter under rammeaftalen. Ordregivers behov for rådgivningsydelser vil afhænge af de til enhver tid trufne beslutninger om projektets udvikling og gennemførelse. Ordregiver tilstræber dog, at den valgte totalrådgiver inddrages i størst muligt omfang i udviklingen og realiseringen af de projekter, der omfattes af visionen for området. Den nærmere beskrivelse af den udbudte opgave fremgår af det samlede udbudsmateriale, herunder udkast til rammeaftale med tilhørende bilag. Rammeaftalen er baseret på ABR 18 og Ydelsesbeskrivelse for Byggeri og Landskab 2018 (YBL18) og fastsætter de overordnede vilkår for totalrådgiverens levering af rådgivningsydelser til Ordregiver. På baggrund af rammeaftalen kan Ordregiver løbende rekvirere konkrete rådgivningsopgaver. For hver opgave indgås et særskilt aftaletillæg (ATR - Aftale om aktivitet, tid og ressourcer), hvori opgavens formål, ydelser, leverancer, tidsplan, bemanding, rådgiverkompetencer, forventede ressourceforbrug, honorar samt øvrige opgavespecifikke forhold fastlægges. Rammeaftalen med tilhørende bilag udgør grundlaget for aftaleindgåelsen med den vindende tilbudsgiver. De enkelte opgaver gennemføres på de vilkår, der fremgår af rammeaftalen og den til enhver tid gældende ATR.
