Обґрунтування визначення місця поставки Визначення місця поставки Товару в межах Київської області обумовлено способом поставки на умовах самовивозу, оскільки Замовник здійснює транспортування придбаного Товару власними або залученими транспортними засобами та за власний рахунок. З урахуванням обсягу закупівлі - 185 м³ дров - перевезення Товару на значну відстань від місця його передачі може призвести до істотного збільшення транспортних витрат Замовника та часу, необхідного для отримання Товару. Встановлення місця поставки на території Київської області спрямоване на забезпечення можливості оперативного отримання Товару Замовником, раціонального використання бюджетних коштів та належного забезпечення потреб Замовника. При цьому зазначена вимога визначає місце передачі Товару та спосіб виконання поставки і не встановлює вимоги щодо місцезнаходження, реєстрації чи юридичної адреси учасника.
