До підписання договору, Виконавець повинен надати Покупцю інформацію надану безпосередньо виробником або представником, або дилером, або дистриб'ютором, уповноваженим виробником, з наданням підтверджуючого документу повноважень (якщо їх відповідні повноваження щодо вчинення правочинів на розповсюдження його продукції поширюються на територію України), якою гарантує поставку товару в повному обсязі до кінця 2026 року. З метою підтвердження якості товару, уникнення підробок, та на дотримання вимог Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, Постачальник зобов’язаний надати Покупцю під час підписання Договору: Оригінал Довідки про походження товару, в якій гарантує відсутність в складі товару сировини походженням з російської федерації та/або республіки білорусь та/або ісламської республіки іран, якою виробник або представник, уповноважений виробником, згідно довіреності від виробника, на розповсюдження його продукції на території України, підтверджує можливість поставки товару Постачальником згідно номенклатури, кількості, характеристик, що визначені його Ціновою пропозицією і Технічною специфікацією та відповідають Специфікації та технічним характеристикам. Розмір забезпечення виконання даного Договору складає - 5 (п’ять) % суми договору.
