Description

3.1.Після підписання Договору, Постачальник надає за видатковою накладною Покупцю талони на пальне (далі - Талони) встановленої форми відповідного номіналу. Строк поставки до 20 жовтня 2026 року включно. 3.2. Передача Покупцю Талонів здійснюється по місцезнаходженню офісу Постачальника уповноваженій особі Покупця. Уповноважена особа Покупця зобов’язана надати Постачальнику довіреність на отримання Товару (партії Товару). 3.3. Право власності на Товар переходить до Покупця з моменту підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної на Товар. 3.4. Покупець надає замовлення на поставку Товару факсимільним зв’язком або поштою із зазначенням найменування та кількості Товару, а Постачальник протягом 2-х банківських днів зобов’язаний надати Талони згідно замовлення. 3.5. Передача Товару здійснюється Покупцю цілодобово по талонам Постачальника, що є документом обов’язкової звітності і підставою для відвантаження Товару з АЗС Покупцю, що обслуговують талони Постачальника. Строк поставки товару протягом двох місяців після підписання Договору. 3.6. Для отримання Товару (заправки пальним транспортного засобу на АЗС) водій пред’являє оператору АЗС Талон. Оператор АЗС здійснює відповідну ідентифікацію Талонів, і на підставі цього, здійснює відпуск Товару відповідної марки та кількості. При відпуску Товару, Талон залишається у оператора, що є підтвердженням факту отримання Покупцем Товару відповідного асортименту та кількості. 3.7. Товар постачається Покупцю по-частково (товарними партіями) - завантаження в автомобільний транспорт Покупця з резервуарів автозаправних станцій (АЗС) Постачальника. 3.8. Місце фактичного отримання товару (заправки автотранспорту) проводяться за місцем АЗС Постачальника, які знаходяться в межах Оболонського району м. Києва. Перелік АЗС та їх місцезнаходження визначаються в Додатку № 1, що є невід’ємною частиною даного Договору. Протягом терміну дії даного Договору Сторони мають право змінювати перелік АЗС, шляхом внесення відповідних змін до Додатку № 1, що є невід’ємною частиною даного Договору. 3.9. Датою поставки Товару є дата отримання оператором АЗС Талону від Покупця. 3.10. Постачальник зобов'язується при поставці Товару, на вимогу Покупця пред’явити паспорт якості на Товар або належним чином завірену його копію та Сертифікат відповідності (сертифікат визнання). 3.11. Постачальник зобов’язується надати Покупцю податкову накладну у встановлені законодавством терміни.
