Description

4.1 Замовник проводить розрахунок за надані Послуги відповідно до Бюджетного Кодексу України по мірі надходження бюджетних коштів на рахунок Замовника, на підставі підписання Сторонами Видаткової накладної. 4.2. Оплата за надані Послуги здійснюється тільки після надходження бюджетних коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника. 4.3. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за надані Послуги здійснюється протягом 10 банківських днів з дня отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування на свій розрахунковий рахунок. 4.4. Розрахунок за надані Послуги здійснюється з урахуванням постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 09 червня 2021 року № 590 «Про затвердження Порядку виконання повноважень Державного казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану». 4.5. Оплата здійснюється шляхом безготівкового перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника. 4.6. Замовник не несе відповідальності за ненадходження бюджетних коштів для оплати наданих Послуг. 4.7. При здійсненні оплати за Товар, посилання в платіжному документі на номер та дату даного Договору, а також на номер та дату Додатку є обов’язковим. 4.8. Постачальник зобов'язується проводити звірку взаєморозрахунків за поставлений Товар та складати акт звірки взаєморозрахунків з Покупцем. 5. Поставка товарів 5.1. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товарів: до 31 грудня 2026 року включно. 5.2. Поставка товару Замовнику здійснюється з визначеною періодичністю один раз на місяць - за замовленням направленим Постачальнику на його електронну адресу вказану в Договорі, з зазначенням асортименту та кількості необхідного Замовнику товару. Постачальник зобов’язаний поставити товар у повному обсязі, згідно із заявкою Замовника, протягом двох робочих днів та до 16.00 робочого дня , з дати направлення заявки на електронну адресу Постачальника, що вказана в Договорі. У випадку несвоєчасної доставки товару Замовник відмовляється від прийому товару без компенсування логістичних витрат Постачальника. 5.3 Пакування, фасування, завантаження, розвантаження та доставка товару на склад Замовника відбувається силами і за рахунок Постачальника. 5.4 Умови постачання - склади Замовника за адресами: м. Київ, вул. Йорданська 6; проспект Володимира Івасюка 27-А; вул. Левка Лук’яненка 2 -В; вул. Героїв Дніпра 22-Б; вул. Північна 46; вул. Попова 1; просп. Литовський, 4, вул. Лебединська,18; вул.Джерельна,3; вул. Федора Максименка,16. Навантаження, транспортування та розвантаження Товару до місця призначення Замовника здійснюється силами та за рахунок Постачальника. Перехід права власності на Товар відбувається в момент його передачі. Приймання Товару за кількістю та якістю здійснюється Сторонами шляхом підписання видаткової накладної. 5.5. Ризик випадкового знищення або випадкового пошкодження Товару переходить до Замовника з моменту передання йому Товару. 5.6. Приймання Товару Замовником здійснюється на підставі підтвердження наступних документів: рахунку - фактури; видаткової накладної, підписаної представником Постачальника, яку Замовник та Постачальник повинні оформити після прийняття Товару; податкової накладної; документів, що підтверджують якість Товару. 5.7. У разі виявлення невідповідності асортименту, та/або кількості, та/або якості, Товару при прийманні, Постачальником в погоджений термін, але не пізніше 10 робочих днів, робить за свій рахунок постачання недопоставленої або заміну невідповідної асортименту, неякісної продукції, або усуває виявлені дефекти. 5.8. Товар, що є предметом цього Договору, поставляється в тарі та упаковці відповідно до вимог відповідних стандартів або технічних умов, таким чином, щоб виключити псування Товару. Товар передаються у тарі, яка не повертається.
