Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is undertaking pre-market engagement in advance of a planned procurement for the provision of Performance, Operational Monitoring and Planned Preventative Maintenance Services for the Trust's District Heating Networks and LTHW dual fuel boilers for the Basildon and Broomfield Hospital sites; with the potential for additional services at the Southend site.
The Trust has recently invested in significant decarbonisation infrastructure across its hospital estate, including district heating networks, energy centres, plate heat exchanger installations, thermal stores, pumps, boilers and specialist control systems. The Trust is seeking to engage with suitably qualified maintenance providers to better understand market capability, innovation opportunities and contract delivery models prior to commencing a formal procurement process.
Indicative Scope
The successful contractor may be responsible for:
