Zimmerer-, Holzbauarbeiten (Außenwände und Fassade) Stichwortartige Leistungsbeschreibung: Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Zimmerer- und Holzbauarbeiten für den Neubau einer Kindertageseinrichtung in Holz-Hybridbauweise. Die Arbeiten umfassen sämtliche zur Erstellung der Holzbaukonstruktion erforderlichen Leistungen einschließlich Arbeitsvorbereitung, Werkstatt- und Ausführungsplanung, Baustelleneinrichtung sowie Montage. Die Rohbauarbeiten, Fenster und Außentüren sowie weitere Ausbaugewerke sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung und werden separat vergeben. Aufgrund der engen konstruktiven und bauphysikalischen Schnittstellen zwischen Holzbau-, Rohbau- und Ausbauleistungen ist während der Ausführung eine intensive technische und terminliche Abstimmung mit den beteiligten Gewerken, insbesondere der Rohbaufirma, sicherzustellen. Auswahl typischer Leistungspositionen: - Wandelemente Massivholz, AW01 (REI0+REI30) 609,00 m2; - Holzrahmenwände, AW02/Unterdecke/Zwerchgiebel gesamt 45,00 m2; - Sparren, Dachkonstruktion, Brettschichtholz gesamt 24,00 m3; - Beplankung Dach innen (3-S-Platte) 432,00 m2; - Zwischensparrendämmung gesamt 513,77 m2; - Traglattung, Dach gesamt 517,00 m2; - Dachschalung Zollschalung)497,00 m2; - Stützen/Riegel/Träger, Brettschichtholz gesamt 497,00 m; - Außenwandverkleidung inkl. Lasur, Holzschalung 664,00 m2; - Treppenkonstruktion, Holz gesamt (Wangen+Stufen) 29,00 m3; - Verbindungsmittel/Beschläge gesamt 4.384 St; - Verblechung Stützen, Loggia 7,00 St. Stichwortartige Beschreibung der Baumaßnahme: Das Bauvorhaben umfasst den Ersatzneubau der Kindertageseinrichtung Maria Patrona Bavariae in Oberschleißheim an der Hofkurat-Diehl-Straße 5. Vorgesehen ist die Errichtung eines mehrgeschossigen Hauptgebäudes sowie eines eingeschossigen Nebengebäudes in Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise einschließlich der zugehörigen Freianlagen. Das Hauptgebäude wird mit Erdgeschoss, 1. Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss ausgeführt und umfasst eine Bruttogrundfläche von ca. 1.066 m² sowie einen Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 3.970 m³. Ergänzend ist ein eingeschossiges Nebengebäude in Holzbauweise mit Stahlbetonfundament vorgesehen, welches eine Bruttogrundfläche von ca. 35 m² und einen Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 98 m³ aufweist. Die Kindertageseinrichtung ist für vier Kindergartengruppen mit jeweils bis zu 25 Kindern und damit insgesamt bis zu 100 Kinder ausgelegt; sie wird teilweise als integrative Einrichtung genutzt. Die Erschließung erfolgt barrierefrei über einen Plattformlift.
