Electrical installation and house alarm system works for the replacement new build of the Maria Patrona Bavariae daycare centre in Oberschleissheim, Hofkurat-Diehl-Strasse 5. The project comprises a multi-storey main building with ground floor, first floor and attic plus a single-storey timber annexe, with a gross floor area of about 1,066 m2 for the main building and 35 m2 for the annexe. The centre serves four kindergarten groups with up to 100 children, partly inclusive, and is accessed barrier-free via a platform lift. Works include four final distribution boards, about 6,500 m of NHXMH cables, 250 m of cable tray systems, 15 m of maintained installation systems, 7 m of PVC parapet ducts, 80 pendant luminaires, 7 office and 18 moisture-proof luminaires, 84 track lights, 28 single-battery safety lights, a video intercom with 2 outdoor stations, about 2,000 m of Cat7A data cables and one 28U data distribution board.
