Waldbrunn "Umbau und Sanierung des Klosterhofs" - Zimmerer _ BESTAND Arbeiten im ehem. Wohnaus Abbruch / Rückbau mit Entsorgung: - Dachstuhl inkl. Eindeckung, Dachrinnen, Gauben - Deckenbalkenlage (Deckenfelder bereits ausgebaut) in den zwei obersten Geschossen Einbau - neuer Dachstuhl mit angepasstem Walmdach - zwei Holzbalkendecken mit oberseitiger Bretterschalung - drei Gauben Arbeiten im Scheunengebäude Das Gebäude steht unter Denkmalschutz. Daher wird für den Umbau größter Wert auf maximalen Bestandserhalt gelegt. - Abbruch Dacheindeckung, Dachrinnen - Teilabbruch des Dachstuhls mit Einlagerung und Überarbeitung für Wiedereinbau, ergänzt mit neuen Holzbauteilen - Aufsparrendach mit innenseitiger Sichtschalung als SParschalung mit hinterlegter Jute als Akustikfläche auf bestehende Sparren - Sanierung und Anpassung bestehender Holzbalkendecke über Erdgeschoss der Scheune mit Unterstützung durch Stahlträger und -stützen. Oberseitig aufbringen einer Holzschalung. - 5 Gaubenbänder mit seitlich angeschweiften Wangen, wie bei Fledermausgauben Voraussichtliche Ausführungstermine: Rückbau + Notdach: Wohnhaus KW49/50 Scheune KW03-05 2026 Decken + Dach Wohnhaus KW02-05 2026 Reparaturen + Dach Scheune KW06-15 2026
