Vergabe der Planungsleistungen in der Tragwerksplanung für das Frei- und Hallenbad in Kronach "Crana Mare" Bayerngrund beabsichtigt den Neubau des Erlebnisbades Crana Mare in Kronach und die Sanierung der Außenbecken im Freibadbereich, hier insbesondere das geflieste Sportbecken (50 Meter) mit Sprungturm. Mit erfolgtem Neubau des Hallenbadbereichs, soll das derzeitige Hallenbad zurück gebaut und die Flächen der Außenbereichsgestaltung zugeführt werden. Während der Bauphase soll eine Nutzung des bisherigen Erlebnisbades weiterhin gewährleistet sein. Projektanschrift ist die Gottfried-Neukam-Straße 25, in 96317 Kronach. Das Erlebnisbad hat folgende Bereiche: 1. Hallenbad 2. Freibad mit Kinderbecken, Freizeitbecken, Sportbecken, Sprungturm und Rutschenanlage 3. Liegewiese mit Sportbereich 4. Parkplatzflächen Die Neubaumaßnahmen im Hallenbadbereich umfassen: a) Neubau Hallenbad mit Gastroflächen (inkl. Technischer Ausrüstung) b) Umverlegung des Haupteingangs c) Erweiterung um ein Lehrschwimmbecken, ggf. mit Hubboden d) Erweiterung um einen Saunabereich e) Mögliche Integration des Bestandsgebäudes Die Sanierungs- Umbaumaßnahmen im Freibadbereich umfassen: a) Neugestaltung Freizeitbecken b) Neugestaltung Liegewiesen c) Sanierung des Sportbeckens und Sprungturm d) Anschluss an die neue Anlagentechnik Das bisherige Erlebnisbad wurde von 1968-1970 errichtet und 1992-1994 im Rahmen einer Modernisierung um Erweiterungsbauten ergänzt. Der genaue Umfang der Sanierung und Neukonzeptionierung mit dem Neubau ist aus der Projektaufgabe heraus, angelehnt an die bereits durchgeführten Voruntersuchungen, zu entwickeln. Der Hallenneubau bedingt auch eine neue technische Ausrüstung der Schwimmbadtechnik, unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher, ökologischer und nachhaltiger Aspekte, sowie im Hinblick auf einen ressourcenschonenden Betrieb. Auch die Sicherstellung eines barrierefreien Zugangs ist zu gewährleisten. Bei der Sanierung und Neubau sind die staatlichen Vorgaben, u.a. aus Förderprogrammen einzuhalten. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt öffentliche Fördermittel zu beantragen. Die Planung ist u.a. daraufhin auszurichten. Die Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung sind auf die vorgenannten Aspekte auszurichten. Lösungen und Konzeptionierungen sind aus der Aufgabe heraus zu entwickeln.
