VE 004 Zimmer- und Holzbauarbeiten (Holzbau, Fassade, Fenster, Glasdach) Der Neubau der Cleantech Innovation Park GmbH ist die zweite Baumaßnahme auf dem Campus, an der Michelinstraße in Hallstadt. Das Grundstück ist über die naheliegende A70 bzw. die A73 ab Autobahnkreuz Bamberg gut erreichbar. Das Gebäude ist als viergeschossiger Baukörper ohne Unterkellerung in einer Holz-Hybridbauweise inkl. vorgesetztem Stahlbau geplant. Maximale Gebäudeabmessungen: - max. Gebäudehöhe 16.30m ü. FFB EG (±0.00 = 247,80 ü.
