Das Gebäude ist als viergeschossiger Baukörper ohne Unterkellerung in einer Holz-Hybridbauweise inkl. vorgesetztem Stahlbau geplant. Maximale Gebäudeabmessungen: - max. Gebäudehöhe 16.30m ü. FFB EG (±0.00 = 247,80 ü. NHN) - Gebäudeausdehnung: 41,65m x 26,65m - BGF ca. 3.650m² Die Leistung des AN beinhaltet: 110 m Gewinderohr Heizung, geschweißt 1.150 m Edelstahlrohr Heizung, gepresst 14 St Unterflurkonvektoren 21 St Flachheizkörper 7 St Heizwände 950 m² FBH Systemplatte 2x Anschluss RLT-Gerät
