Summary

Machine-generated summary

A German public organisation (SNB) is procuring a SaaS application for digital signing of documents. The solution must support all three signature levels under EU law: simple, advanced and qualified electronic signatures, with a focus on advanced and qualified signatures, which are currently not possible. It should enable intuitive, efficient signing directly within the tool, map signature workflows and reduce email traffic, replacing handwritten signatures. The contract has a base term of four years with two extension options of two years each.
