Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg, acting through Landesbetriebe Straßen, Brücken und Gewässer (LSBG), seeks a contractor to provide, operate, host and maintain a productive and a project public key infrastructure (PKI), each consisting of a Root CA, Enrolment Authority and Authorization Authority, for cooperative intelligent transport systems in road traffic. The productive PKI must fully meet the applicable certificate policy requirements at Level 1 and be certified accordingly; the project PKI serves participants of pilot and application projects for testing. The digital infrastructure signs cooperative messages for vehicle-to-infrastructure communication. As the buyer operates a critical infrastructure under BSIG, the PKI must run permanently, functionally and securely.
