Los 1 umfasst die Schulen mit Sporthallen, Los 2 die Einrichtungen der Kernzeitbetreuung, des Horts und der Kindergärten, Los 3 weitere Gebäude der Gemeinde, Los 4 die Glas- und Rahmenreinigung aller Objekte. Angebote können für ein oder mehrere Lose abgegeben werden. Nebenangebote und Änderungsvorschläge sind ausgeschlossen. Der Vertrag beginnt am 01.01.2027 und läuft bis zum 31.07.2030; er verlängert sich zweimal um jeweils ein Jahr, längstens bis zum 31.07.2032, sofern er nicht mit einer Frist von sechs Monaten gekündigt wird.
