Description

Energieliefer-Contracting zur Übernahme und Durchführung der Nahwärmeversorgung im bestehenden Nahwärmeversorgungsgebiet "Schulzentrum und Große Mühllach I und II" in Sandhausen ab dem 1. August 2026. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Übernahme der Wärmeversorgung im bestehenden Nahwärmeversorgungsgebiet "Schulzentrum und Große Mühllach I und II" in Sandhausen sowie die Belieferung der angeschlossenen Wärmekunden mit Nahwärme ab dem 1. August 2026. Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere den Erwerb der bestehenden Wärmeerzeugungsanlagen, des Wärmeversorgungsnetzes sowie der Hausübergabestationen, deren zukünftigen Betrieb einschließlich Instandhaltung, bedarfsgerechter Erneuerung und die schrittweise Umstellung der Wärmeversorgung auf erneuerbare Energien gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Die Wärmeversorgung ist für einen Zeitraum von 25 Jahren vorgesehen. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen.
