Die Ausschreibung bezieht sich auf die Leistungen der Unterhaltsreinigung, Grundreinigung und Glas-Rahmenreinigung. Die Leistungen fallen in 5 Losen an. Die Aufteilung der Lose ist unter mengenmäßigen, örtlichen und fachlichen Gesichtspunkten erfolgt. Details zu Intervallen, Arten und Umfängen der zu erbringenden Leistungen sind der Leistungsbeschreibung nebst Anlagen insbesondere den Preisblättern zu entnehmen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die zu reinigenden Flächen und Intervalle ohne neues Vergabeverfahren im Rahmen des § 132 GWB Abs. 2 bis 4 zu erhöhen und/oder zu reduzieren. Die Abgabe von Angeboten kann für ein Los, mehrere oder alle Lose erfolgen. Innerhalb der Lose sind jedoch alle Objekte mit allen Einzelleistungen anzubieten. Die Vergabe der Leistungen erfolgt je Los. Die Einzelvergabe von Objekten ist nicht vorgesehen. Die Leistungen fallen in fünf Losen mit Untergewerken an. Die Grundfläche der Objekte in Los 1 beträgt ca. 7.100 m². Die jährliche Reinigungsfläche beträgt ca. 1.060.000 m². Die Grundfläche der Objekte in Los 2 beträgt ca. 7.100 m². Die jährliche Reinigungsfläche beträgt ca. 1.200.000 m². Die Grundfläche der Objekte in Los 3 beträgt ca. 6.800 m². Die jährliche Reinigungsfläche beträgt ca. 1.100.000 m².
