Ziel der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die vollständige und ganzheitliche Übernahme des Hardware-Lifecycle-Managements für die von BITMARCK beschaffte Arbeitsplatzhardware durch einen qualifizierten externen Dienstleister. Auftraggeber ist die BITMARCK GmbH, diese vertreten durch die BITMARCK Holding GmbH. Das Vergabeverfahren erfolgt auf der Grundlage der VgV. Wenn in den Unterlagen aus Vereinfachungsgründen von "Auftraggeber" und "Auftragnehmer" oder "Bewerber"/ "Bieter" gesprochen wird, ist jeweils die männliche und weibliche Form gemeint. Die BITMARCK Holding GmbH mit Sitz in Essen, Kruppstraße 64, 45145 Essen, unterstützt den Auftraggeber bei der Durchführung des Vergabeverfahrens und wurde von diesen insbesondere bevollmächtigt, als Kontaktstelle zu den Bewerbern / Bietern namens und im Auftrag des Auftraggebers zu fungieren und den Zuschlag im Namen und im Auftrag der weiteren Auftraggeber zu erteilen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere folgende Aufgaben, die in den Kapiteln der Leistungsbeschreibung mit konkreten Anforderungen aufgeführt sind: Lagerung und Bereitstellung von Geräten, einschließlich Pre-Provisioning von Notebooks, PCs, IT-Hardware und Zubehör. Durchführung aller typischen IMAC-Prozesse (Install, Move, Add, Change, Remove, Disposal) im Zusammenhang mit Arbeitsplatzhardware. - Abwicklung von Garantie-, Gewährleistungs- und Reparaturfällen. - Fachgerechte Entsorgung nicht mehr benötigter Hardware sowie das Remarketing bzw. Organisation und Durchführung eines Mitarbeiterverkaufs. - Vollständige Übernahme aller damit verbundenen logistischen Prozesse. Mit der Auslagerung dieser Leistungen sollen die internen Aufwände der BITMARCK deutlich reduziert werden. Ziel ist es, der BITMARCK die Möglichkeit zu geben, als Managed Service Provider aufzutreten und entsprechende IT-Hardware-Services in größerem Umfang und in höherer Qualität für eigene Mandanten bereitzustellen - ohne die operativen Aufgaben selbst übernehmen zu müssen. Das Geschätzte Auftragsvolumen der EVB-IT Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 113.000 gleichzeitig aktive Geräte zzgl. Zubehör sowie sonstigen Dienstleistungen, die Höchstmenge beträgt gleichzeitig 325.000 aktive Geräte und soll ab Zuschlag über eine Vertragsdauer von 48 Monaten geschlossen werden.
