Description

Bauabschnitt 2 - Malerarbeiten: Die Stadtwerke Achim AG plant ein eingeschossiges (ca. 55,60 x 12,00 m) Lager?und Schulungsgebäude als Ergänzung zum Bestand. Aus den Bestandsgebäuden (Werkstatt, Carport und Lager) sind Übergänge bzw. Eingänge in den Neubau geplant. Die Außenwand besteht aus einer monolithischen Porenbetonwand mit einer Dicke von 36,5cm. Die Innenwände werden mit Kalkzementputz versehen. Es befinden sich GK-Abkofferungen im Schulungsraum und dem Flur. Benannte Räume sowie die Sanitärbereiche erhalten eine Rasterdecke. Für die Ausbildungswerkstatt und den Raum Smart Meter ist eine Beschichtung auf den Estrich aufzutragen. Bauabschnitt 3 - Malerarbeiten: Nach Rückbau des vorderen Kopfbau wird das bestehende Treppenhaus mit einer neuer Gebäudeabschlusswand geschlossen. Dieser dreigeschossige Gebäudeteil ist ca. 12,15 x 6,50m. Für die neuen und angrenzenden Bauteile bzw. Räume (Treppenhaus, Besprechungsraum, Sanitärflächen) sind Malerarbeiten vorzusehen. Nähere Informationen sind in den jeweiligen Leistungsverzeichnissen bzw. den Plänen angegeben. LV 2-3452 BA2 - Wandfläche Ca. 890 qm LV 2-3452 BA2 - Beschichtung Estrich Ca. 135 qm
