The works cover the installation of an external thermal insulation composite system (WDVS) on a three-storey sand-lime brick wall. The new outer wall cladding must terminate against an existing post-and-beam (mullion-transom) facade on both gable ends. A new opening in the exterior wall, fitted with a new post-and-beam facade measuring approximately 1.51 x 4.87 metres, must be taken into account. The scope is approximately 120 square metres of WDVS facade. Further details are set out in the bills of quantities and the drawings accompanying the tender documents.
