A German contracting authority is procuring complete project planning services for a wind farm to be built on municipal land within the wind energy priority area designated in the Regional Plan for the Hochsauerlandkreis, Arnsberg region, part covering the Kreis Soest and Hochsauerlandkreis. An experienced engineering or planning company is to carry out all planning and expert assessment work required to prepare and submit an approvable application under the Federal Immission Control Act (Section 4 BImSchG), through to obtaining the immission control permit. Access to third parties is permitted for the expert assessment services. The contracting authority may optionally award further project planning work to the contractor.
