Description

Projektierung eines Windparks in einem Windenergiebereich nach dem Regionalplan Arnsberg, Teilabschnitt Kreis Soest und Hochsauerlandkreis, bis zur Erlangung der immissionsschutzrechtlichen Genehmigung (§ 4 BImSchG). Optional: Der Auftraggeber kann über die Projektierung weiter beauftragen. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Beauftragung eines erfahrenen Ingenieur- bzw. Planungsunternehmens mit der vollständigen Projektierung eines Windparks auf einer kommunalen Fläche innerhalb des vom Regionalplan Hochsauerlandkreis ausgewiesenen Vorranggebiets Windenergie. Der Auftragnehmer soll sämtliche planerischen und fachgutachterlichen Leistungen erbringen, die erforderlich sind, um einen genehmigungsfähigen Antrag gemäß Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz (§ 4 BImSchG) vorzubereiten und einzureichen. Bei der Erbringung der fachgutachterlichen Leistungen ist der Zugriff auf Dritte möglich.
