Description

Versicherungsleistungen für die Stadt Lübbecke - Gebäude- und Inventarversicherung Es wird die Gebäude- und Inventarversicherung der Stadt Lübbecke in einem europaweitem, offenen Verfahren gemäß § 15 VgV ausgeschrieben. Die Laufzeit beträgt zwei Jahre, vom 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2028 mit der Option diesen Vertrag zweimal jeweils um ein Jahr zu verlängern. Die versicherten Gefahren sind im Regelfall für Gebäude Feuer, Leitungswasser, Sturm/Hagel und im Inventarbereich zusätzlich Einbruchdiebstahl. Die Versicherungssumme beläuft sich auf 319.547.345,00 EUR Gebäude-Neuwert und 34.273.000,00 EUR für Inventar-Neuwert. Für die Gefahr "Feuer" gilt keine Jahreshöchstentschädigung und für die Gefahren "Leitungswasser", "Sturm/Hagel" und "Einbruchdiebstahl" gilt eine Jahreshöchstentschädigung jeweils in Höhe von 25 Mio. Euro als vereinbart. Pro Versicherungsfall werden folgende Höchstentschädigungen vereinbart: Feuer 40 Mio. EUR Leitungswasser 15 Mio. EUR Sturm/Hagel 15 Mio. EUR Einburchdiebstahl 2. Mio EUR Es sind Angebote ohne Selbstbehalt und alternativ mit einem Selbstbehalt pro Schaden in Höhe von 2.000,00 EUR (max. 30.000 EUR p.a.) zu unterbreiten.
