Kombinierte Bauleistungs- und Haftpflicht-Versicherung (Los 1) und Exzedenten-Haftpflicht-Versicherung (Los 2) zur Absicherung sämtlicher Wohnungsbauprojekte der Auftraggeberin mit einer Gesamt-Bausumme ab 2.500.000 EUR und einem Planungsbeginn ab 2027 (Jahres-Investitionssummen-Vertrag) Gegenstand ist eine kombinierte Bauleistungs- und Haftpflicht-Versicherung (BauRisk-Versicherung) mit den Vertragsteilen Bauleistungs-, Betriebshaftpflicht- (einschließlich Bauherren-, Umwelthaftpflicht- und Umweltschaden-) und Berufshaftpflicht-Versicherung sowie eine Exzedenten-Haftpflicht-Versicherung für alle - Neubauvorhaben, - Umbaumaßnahmen und - Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen einschließlich der dazugehörigen Tiefbaumaßnahmen mit einer Gesamtbausumme ab 2.500.000 EUR innerhalb der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, die von der Versicherungsnehmerin oder den versicherten Unternehmen (gem. Ziffer 2a) beauftragt und während der Vertragslaufzeit begonnen werden. Sämtliche am Bau beteiligten Firmen der Bereiche Ausführung und Planung sollen im Rahmen dieser kombinierten Bauleistungs- und Haftpflicht-Versicherung (Los 1) sowie der separaten Exzedenten-Haftpflicht-Versicherung (Los 2) abgesichert werden und müssen insofern keine eigene Versicherung mehr vorhalten.
