Gebäude- und Inventarversicherung der TriWiCon (Eigenbetrieb der Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden) Anzubieten ist eine Gebäude- und Inventarversicherung. Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.01.2027. Versichert werden sollen folgende Versicherungsorte: - RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC) Die Gebäudeversicherungssumme des RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC) beträgt zum Neuwert ca. EUR 256,5 Mio. (Stand 2025). Die Neuwert-Versicherungssumme 2025 für das Inventar beträgt ca. EUR 7 Mio. Zudem wird eine Ertragsausfallversicherung (BU-Versicherung) ausgeschrieben. Die Jahresversicherungssumme beträgt EUR 5,65 Mio. Die Haftzeit in der FBU-Versicherung beträgt 36 Monate und in der BU-Versicherung für die weiteren genannten Gefahren 12 Monate. - Kurhaus Wiesbaden, Kolonnaden, Kurpark Die Gebäudeversicherungssumme beträgt zum Neuwert ca. EUR 366 Mio. (Stand 2025). Die Neuwert-Versicherungssumme 2025 für das Inventar beträgt ca. EUR 8 Mio. Versichert sind neben den bereits genannten Objekten zudem die Konzertmuschel, Kassenhäuschen, Kurpark-Toiletten und das Betriebshofgebäude. Es wird ferner eine Ertragsausfallversicherung (BU-Versicherung) ausgeschrieben. Die Jahresversicherungssumme beträgt EUR 6,6 Mio. Die Haftzeit in der FBU-Versicherung beträgt 36 Monate und in der BU-Versicherung für die weiteren genannten Gefahren 12 Monate. Die versicherten Gefahren können der nachfolgenden Tabelle entnommen werden. - Anforderungen an versicherte Gefahren, Selbstbehalte und Höchstentschädigungen/ Jahreshöchstentschädigungen Die Gestaltung von Selbstbehalten, Höchstentschädigungen und Jahreshöchstentschädigungen wird noch nicht abschließend festgelegt. Es soll Aufgabe des Verhandlungsverfahrens sein, die bestmögliche Gestaltungsvariante in diesem Bereich zu ermitteln. Insofern werden voraussichtlich zwei Varianten für das Indikationsangebot bei den Bietern abgefragt.
