Rahmenvertrag Fortführung der Bestandsdaten CAD-Datenaufbereitung Los 1: Hochbau Los 2: TGA Die Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH verwendet das CAD-System Open Building Speedikon aus dem Haus Bentley System auf Microstation2024 Connect Edition und AutoCAD 2021 aus dem Haus Autodesk. Die Bestandsdaten der Bauwerksarchitektur werden bauteilorientiert in 3D-Modellen georeferenziert abgebildet und eingearbeitet. Diese Bauwerksmodelle bilden die Grundlage für den Einsatz der BIM Methodik. Diese Bauwerksmodelle stellen zum einen die grafischen Informationen dar. Aber auch weiterführende alphanummerische Informationen werden den digitalen Bauteilen zugeordnet. Das Ergebnis repräsentiert das Asset-Information-Modell (AIM). Diese 3D Bauwerksmodelle, aber auch deren 2D Abbildungen (DWG-Format) werden als Grundrisse, Schnitte und Ansichten sowie TGA-Daten in einem zentralen Datenpool abgelegt und stehen dort allen Nutzern am Flughafen zur Verfügung. Auf diese Daten beziehen sich unter anderemz.B. die technischen Gewerke. Diese Daten sind die Grundlage für die grafischen und alphanumerische Informationen im CAFM-System speedikon FM/speedikonC. Aufgrund der kontinuierlichen UmbauAufgrund des kontinuierlichen Umbaus und Erweiterungsmaßnahmen an den Flughafengebäuden ist die Fortführung und Aktualisierung der Bestandsunterlagen in CAD regelmäßig erforderlich. Die Wandlung der vorhandenen Daten in ein einheitliches System ist Voraussetzung für die zentrale CAD-Verwaltung. Aus diesem Grund wurde die "Richtlinie zum CAD-Datenaustausch" u.a. für den Hochbau und TGA erarbeitet. Diese schreibt Grundlagen des CAD-Systems, die Aufbereitung der CAD-Daten sowie deren zukünftige Fortführung vor. Die zentrale Aufgabe dieser hier ausgeschriebenen Leistung liegt darin, den vorhandenen Gebäudemodellbestand Datenbestand aktuell zu halten, und kontinuierlich mit fortzuführen und mit zusätzlichen Informationen anzureichern. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil ist die Sicherstellung der Qualität und Quantität des Datenbestandes sowie die bauzeichnerische Unterstützung bei aktuellen Projekten der Hochbauplanung Planung Dies erfordert zwingend, dass der AN idealerweise beide Systeme, AutoCAD 2021 und Open Building Speedikon beherrscht und einsetzt.
