Description

Das Verfahren wird als einstufiger, offener städtebaulicher und freiraumplanerischer Realisierungswettbewerb durchgeführt. Der Durchführung des Wettbewerbs liegen die RPW 2013 in der aktuellen Fassung zugrunde, eingeführt mit dem Einführungserlass des Landes Baden-Württemberg vom 27.03.2013. Die Anwendung und Anerkennung der RPW 2013 ist für Ausloberin und Teilnehmer sowie alle übrigen Beteiligten verbindlich, soweit diese Auslobung nicht ausdrücklich davon abweicht. Ausloberin, Teilnehmer sowie alle am Verfahren Beteiligten erkennen den Inhalt dieser Auslobung an. An der Vorbereitung dieses Wettbewerbs hat der Ausschuss Vergabe und Wettbewerbswesen der Architektenkammer Baden-Württemberg beratend mitgewirkt. Die Auslobung wurde dort unter der Nummer 2026-1-04 registriert. Der Wettbewerb wurde durch Veröffentlichung am XX.XX.2026 bekannt gemacht. Gegenstand der Aufgabe ist die Neugestaltung der Altstadtplätze und der Burgstraße. Die Maßnahme ist ein Teilprojekt der baden-württembergischen Landesgartenschau 2034. Das Plangebiet umfasst mit Marktplatz, Burgstraße, Deutschordenplatz und Hans-Heinrich-Ehrler-Platz sowie Teilflächen von Kirch- und Kapuzinerstraße, also den zentralen Kern der Altstadt Bad Mergentheims.
