Description

Der Düsseldorf Airport ist der viertgrößte Verkehrsflughafen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Die Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH (FDG) sucht mit dieser Ausschreibung zum 01.02.2027 einen leistungsfähigen und innovativen Dienstleister, der auf Basis des vorhandenen, modernen, ticketlosen Parkierungssystems einen effizienten und kundenorientierten Betrieb in der Parkraumbewirtschaftung am Flughafen Düsseldorf sicherstellt. Der Flughafen Düsseldorf verfügt aktuell über ca. 20.000 Stellplätze, verteilt auf Parkhäuser, Tiefgaragen, Parkplätze und On-Street Parkplätze auf dem gesamten Flughafengelände. Die feste Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 36 Monate (bis 31.01.2030) mit einer einmaligen Verlängerungsoption um weitere 24 Monate. Hinsichtlich einer dahingehenden Möglichkeit der Preisanpassung wird auf die Vergabeunterlagen verwiesen. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Vergabe von Dienstleistungen zur Bewirtschaftung der Parkierungsanlagen sowie der Kiss-&-Fly-Haltezone am Flughafen Düsseldorf ab dem 01.02.2027, mit vorangehender Transitionsphase ab Oktober 2026. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere das kaufmännische Management, den operativen 24/7-Betrieb und die Steuerung der Parkbereiche, Verkehrs- und Kapazitätsmanagement, die Erbringung von Kundenservices (u. a. Parkservicezentrale, Call-Center, Feedbackmanagement), Personalmanagement, Reporting auf Basis definierter Kennzahlen (KPIs) sowie die Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungs-, Innovations- und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt auf Basis eines bestehenden ticketlosen Parkierungssystems. Die Steuerung des Auftrags erfolgt durch den Auftraggeber auf Basis eines output- und KPI-orientierten Modells. Der Auftragnehmer erhält innerhalb definierter Qualitäts- und Leistungsziele einen operativen Gestaltungsspielraum.
