Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die gesamte verlegerische Betreuung der entwicklungspolitischen digitalen Zeitschriften "Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit" (E+Z) und der englischsprachigen Zwillingsausgabe "Development and Cooperation" (D+C) einschließlich Redaktion, Herstellung und Bereitstellung sowie der Betreuung des gesamten digitalen Auftritts (Website, Newsletter, App, Social Media) . Engagement Global ist Herausgeberin der entwicklungspolitischen digitalen Zeitschriften "Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit" (E+Z) und der englischsprachigen Zwillingsausgabe "Development and Cooperation" (D+C), die monatlich erscheinen (Mindestumfang 44 Seiten, einschließlich Cover). Fünfmal pro Woche wird die zugehörige, zweisprachige Website www.dandc.eu aktualisiert, ergänzt durch einen zweimal monatlich erscheinenden Newsletter auf Deutsch und Englisch, ein umfassendes Social-Media-Angebot (LinkedIn, Facebook und X) und eine App (iOS und Android). Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die gesamte verlegerische Betreuung der digitalen Zeitschriften einschließlich Redaktion, Herstellung und Bereitstellung. Darüber hinaus die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des gesamten digitalen Auftritts (Website, Newsletter, App, Social Media) einschließlich Redaktion, Community Management, technischer Optimierung und Reporting. Engagement Global bleibt Herausgeberin der Zeitschriften. Wegen der Einzelheiten wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen. Die Laufzeit des Vertrages soll am 1. Januar 2027 beginnen und endet am 31. Dezember 2028. Engagement Global hat das einseitige Recht (die Option), den Vertrag einmalig um weitere 2 Jahre (bis Ende 2030) zu verlängern. Aufgrund begrenzter personeller Ressourcen und im Interesse eines möglichst effizienten Ablaufs der Leistungserbringung ist Engagement Global auf die Zusammenarbeit mit einem Auftragnehmer angewiesen, der sämtliche Leistungen aus einer Hand anbieten kann und als allein verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung steht.
