Description

Die Landesgartenschau Bad Nenndorf gGmbH (Vergabestelle) schreibt die Leistungen zur Ausstattung und Betreuung der Veranstaltungstechnik auf der Landesgartenschau 2026 aus. Der Zeitraum der Veranstaltung erstreckt sich über 173 Tage vom 29. April bis 18. Oktober 2026, mit einem erwarteten Besucheraufkommen von rund 600.000 Personen. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich zur Ausstattung und Durchführung sämtlicher Bühnen und Spielorte im Rahmen der Landesgartenschau 2026. Die Leistungen erfolgen auf Mietbasis für den gesamten Veranstaltungszeitraum. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Betreuung, Demontage und den Abtransport der Veranstaltungstechnik.
