Description

Der Leistungsumfang umfasst sämtliche Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit Umzügen, einschließlich des Zerlegens und Aufbaus von Mobiliar, des Verpackens und Entpackens von Akten, Mobiliar und IT-Equipment sowie des Transports innerhalb und zwischen Standorten. Darüber hinaus gehören spediti-onelle Transportleistungen, wie die Abholung und Zuführung von Mobiliar zur Entsorgung oder Einla-gerung, zum Leistungsbild. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die eigenständige Touren- und Ressour-cenplanung. Umzugsnahe Leistungen wie Möblierungsarbeiten, das Umstellen oder Austauschen von Mobiliar, Montage- und Demontagearbeiten sowie kleinere Reparaturen sind ebenfalls Bestandteil der Leistung. Zusätzlich ist ein Umzugskoordinator an den Kernstandorten Stuttgart und Karlsruhe bereitzustellen, der die operative Steuerung übernimmt, einschließlich Terminierung, Planung, Ab-nahme, Dokumentation und Schadensabwicklung. Der AG unterhält im Raum Baden (Karlsruhe) ein eigenes Möbellager von ca. 800 m², diese Lagerfläche soll vom AN im Rahmen der Lagerverwaltung genutzt und geführt werden. Für die Versorgung Raum Württemberg (Stuttgart), muss der AN ein Möbellager mit einer Kapazität von ca. 800 m² zur Verfügung stellen. Die Lagerführung bzw. Lagerverwaltung erfolgt durch den AN. Die EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG beabsichtigt die Beauftragung von Umzugs- und umzugsnahen Dienstleistungen. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung hat den Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags für Umzugs- und umzugsnahe Dienstleistungen zum Ergebnis. Falls erforderlich erfolgt die Beauftragung dieser Leistungen, beginnend ab ca. 01.09.2026 bis voraussichtlich 31.08.2028. Zusätzlich enthält der Rahmenvertrag zwei weitere nachgelagerte Optionsperioden von jeweils 2 Jahren Laufzeit. 1. Optionszeitraum von voraussichtlich 01.09.2028 bis voraussichtlich 31.08.2030 2. Optionszeitraum von voraussichtlich 01.09.2030 bis voraussichtlich 31.08.2032 Die Grundlaufzeit des Vertrags beläuft sich auf 2 Jahre, mit zwei weiterführenden optionalen Verlängerungen.
