Description

Im Rahmen der qualitativen und quantitativen Auswertung des Phytoplanktons des bayerischen Fließgewässer Monitorings 2027 und 2028 nach den Vorgaben der EU-Wasserrahmenrichtlinie ist es notwendig, lichtmikroskopisch zu analysierende Dauerpräparate von planktischen Diatomeen aus gelieferten Rohproben zu erstellen. Diese Dauerpräparate, auch Schalenpräparate genannt, bilden eine Teilprobe und werden zusammen mit der weiteren Teilprobe, der Lugolprobe analysiert. Die resultierenden Daten werden nach dem Bewertungsverfahren PhytoFluss in der aktuellen Version bewertet. Zudem soll eine Fotodokumentation und ein Bericht erstellt werden.
