Description

Auftraggeber des Projektes ist die TEN Thüringer Energienetze GmbH & Co. KG. Dieser ist ein regionaler Verteilnetzbetreiber. Die Thüringer Energienetze GmbH & Co. KG plant den Abriss und Neubau des Umspannwerkes in Leinefelde. Es ist geplant, innerhalb von zwei Bauabschnitten zuerst den Ostteil und später den Westteil des Geländes vollständig neu zu strukturieren. Hierbei soll die komplette Freischaltanalage des UW Leinefelde mit dem dazugehörigen Unterbau neu errichtet werden. Das Los "Ingenieurbau" umfasst die Herstellung der Ingenieurbauwerke, Verkehrsanlagen und Freianlagen für das gesamte Umspannwerk. Es sind u.a. folgende Bestandteile des neuen Umspannwerks herzustellen: - Einzelfundament und Schächte (9 Portalfundamente, ca. 150 Kleinfundamente für Gerätetische, ca. 10 Blitzschutzfundamente, Fundamente für Videoüberwachung, 2 Trafofundamente, ca. 15 Kabelziehschächte, 1 E-Spulenfundament) - Werkstraßen, Wege und Flächen (Asphaltflächen, geschotterte Flächen, gepflasterte Flächen) - Freianlagen (zu begrünendes Gelände, Zaunanlage) - verschiedene Kabelleerrohrtrassen, Schutzrohrtrassen sowie Entwässerungsleitungen Dazu gehören in den wichtigsten Punkten zusammengefasst u.a. folgende Leistungen: Erdbauarbeiten - Fertigteilfundamente - Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten- Entwässerungskanalarbeiten - Straßenbauarbeiten - Landschaftsbauarbeiten - in geringem Umfang Stahlbauarbeiten Explizit nicht enthalten sind die Primär- und Sekundärarbeiten (Geräteinstallation, Kabelzieh- und Anschlussarbeiten). Das Baufeld besteht aus der Fläche der bestehenden 110-kV-Schaltanlage. Die gesamte Anlage wird im laufenden Betrieb umgebaut, die Bauleistungen und die Primär- sowie Sekundärinstallationen erfolgen dabei sequenziell, sodass die Errichtung der Neuanlage in zwei Bauabschnitten erfolgt. Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: 01.03.2027 Die Leistungen, Anforderungen und Besonderheiten werden dann im Leistungsverzeichnis enthalten sein.
