The State Agency for Nature, Environment and Consumer Climate Protection of North Rhine-Westphalia (LANUK) carries out continuous air quality measurements at 63 monitoring stations under the 39th Federal Immission Control Ordinance (LUQS network). It intends to procure a new central monitoring network system comprising software, hardware and support, together with new data acquisition computers (station computers) to replace the solution currently in use. The contract runs until 31 December 2028. The first two station computers must be delivered within 60 days of contract award, and a total of 70 station computers within the first 12 months. Implementation proceeds in three phases defined in the specification, and the contractor must maintain adequate capacities throughout the contract period, with substitutes holding equal qualifications.
