Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die eigenverantwortliche Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Umzugsleistungen für Büroeinrichtungsgegenstände des Bayerischen Rundfunks (BR) - im Folgenden Auftraggeber (AG) genannt. Die Leistungen werden auf Grundlage einzelner Abrufe innerhalb und zwischen den in der Leistungsbeschreibung genannten Standorten erbracht. Die Rahmenvereinbarung beginnt am 01.01.2027 und hat eine Grundlaufzeit von 24 Monaten mit zweimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 12 weitere Monate. Die Umzugsleistungen erfolgen innerhalb oder zwischen den nachfolgend genannten Standorten des Bayerischen Rundfunks (BR) - im Folgenden "Auftraggeber (AG)" genannt: - Funkhaus, Arnulfstraße 42/44, 80335 München - Freimann, Floriansmühlstraße 60, 80939 München - Unterföhring, Rivastraße 1, 85774 Unterföhring - Nürnberg, Wallensteinstraße 117, 90431 Nürnberg In Ausnahmefällen können auch Umzüge für weitere Standorte in Bayern, z. B. Regionalstudios, Korrespondentenbüros oder die Senderanlage Ismaning, abgerufen werden. Die Höchst-Abnahmemenge dieser Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 16.480 Stunden über die optionale Gesamtlaufzeit von 48 Monaten. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Erbringung von Umzugsleistungen mit einem Auftragnehmer. Der künftige Auftragnehmer muss hierfür notwendiges Personal sowie die erforderlichen Transportfahrzeuge inkl. benötigter Transporthilfsmittel (z. B. Möbellift, Außenaufzug, Hebebühnen) bedarfsorientiert bereitstellen.
