Erschließung B-Plan 43.1 "Börzower Weg" - Erschließung des gesamten Neubaugebiets mit Schmutzwasser- und Breitbandtrassen - Herstellung einer Abwasserdruckleitung Los 1 - die Erschließungsmaßnahme für die Stadt Grevesmühlen beinhaltet für die Erschließung des gesamten Neubaugebiets mit Schmutzwasser- und Breitbandtrassen an den Einmündungsbereichen „Börzower Weg“ bzw. der Bundesstraße B105. Enthalten ist die Erschließung des Gebiets mit Regen- und Schmutzwasserleitungen einschl. Herstellung einer Abwasserrückhaltung in Form eines Staukanals sowie ein Abwasserpumpwerk. Weiterhin sind enthalten die Verlegung von Abwasserdruckleitungen für das geplante Abwasserpumpwerk, die Herstellung einer Trinkwasserleitung, die Herstellung von Leitungsgräben für Versorger (Fernwärme, Breitband, Strom) sowie die Verlegung eines Beleuchtungskabels. Insgesamt werden 3 Erschließungsstraßen hergestellt, einschl. der zugehörigen Gehwege, Park- und Grünflächen. Die Herstellung von Beleuchtungskörpern bzw. Durchführung von Baumanpflanzungen erfolgt im Nachgang der straßenbaulichen Maßnahme.; Los 2 - im Los 2 ist die Herstellung einer Abwasserdruckleitung vom Börzower Weg bis zur Bundesstraße für den Zweckverband Grevesmühlen erhalten - diese dient der geplanten Erschließung des Groß-Gewerbestandorts an der A20 und stellt die direkte Verbindung zur Kläranlage dar. Ebenfalls enthalten ist die Herstellung eines Be- und Entlüftungselements an der vorhandenen Abwasserdruckleitung außerhalb des eigentlichen Erschließungsbereichs, im „Börzower Weg“.
