Description

Es ist der Anbau an eine Grundschule in der Ortslage Proseken geplant. Der Anbau an den bestehenden Speiseraum/Aula ist als trapezförmige Erweiterung geplant. Der Ergänzungsneubau ist als zweigeschossiger Holzbau geplant. Der Erweiterungsbau mit Speisesaal aus dem Jahr 2010 und der Neubau sollen durch ein Bindeglied miteinander verbunden werden. Das Foyer, auch in Holzbauweise, ist die Haupterschließung der Grundschule und ermöglicht alle Ebenen im Bestand als auch den Neubau zu erreichen. Durch den Einbau einer Aufzugsanlage im Schulneubau werden alle Geschosse im Neubau barrierefrei erschlossen. Ein zusätzlicher Aufzug am Bestandsgebäude soll die barrierefreie Erschließung auch im Bestand zukünftig ermöglichen. Das Leistungsverzeichnis enthält folgende Positionen: 1.
