Rahmenvereinbarung über Bewegungstrainings zur Sturzprävention für pflegebedürftige Menschen Der Auftragnehmer stellt der Auftraggeberin ein nachhaltiges, wissenschaftlich fundiertes und evaluiertes Bewegungs-Trainingskonzept zur Sturzprophylaxe für pflegebedürftige Menschen zur Verfügung und überträgt die erforderlichen Nutzungsrechte. Im Rahmen dieser Lieferleistung umfasst der Auftrag insbesondere: - die vollständige Bereitstellung des Trainingskonzepts - die Lieferung aller erforderlichen Trainings- und Schulungsmaterialien im AOK-Branding - die Bereitstellung der inhaltlichen und didaktischen Grundlagen, die es der Auftraggeberin ermöglichen, das Trainingskonzept mit eigenen Fachkräften oder mit von ihr beauftragten Honorarkräften in Pflegeeinrichtungen umzusetzen. Des Weiteren ist der Auftragnehmer sowohl fachlich als auch organisatorisch in der Lage das bereitgestellte Konzept in Pflegeeinrichtungen nach vorheriger Auftragserteilung eigenständig zu schulen. Durch diese Leistung wird die Auftraggeberin in die Lage versetzt, das Trainingskonzept eigenständig anzuwenden, zu verbreiten und nachhaltig in Pflegeeinrichtungen zu implementieren.
