Description

Die AOK NordWest beabsichtigt den Abschluss von vier Dienstleistungsverträgen zur Sicherstellung der betriebsärztlichen Betreuung nach § 3 Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG) und der sicherheitstechnischen Betreuung nach § 6 ASiG ihrer Mitarbeitenden, sowie Vorsorgemaßnahmen nach der Verordnung zur arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorge (ArbMedV). Die Aufteilung der Einsatzzeiten für den/die Betriebsarzt/-ärztin und Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit von insgesamt 0,5 Std/Jahr pro Beschäftigten setzt sich wie folgt zusammen: - 0,2 Std. pro Jahr pro Beschäftigten für Arbeitsmedizin (Lose 1 und 3), - 0,3 Std. pro Jahr pro Beschäftigten für Arbeitssicherheit (Lose 2 und 4). Die Grundbetreuung erfolgt nach der DGUV Vorschrift 2, Anlage 2 zu § 2 Abs. 3. Die sechs Serviceregionen sind wie folgt unterteilt: Region Westfalen-Lippe (Los 1 und 2): - Ostwestfalen mit Bielefeld mit 1.134 Mitarbeitenden - Münsterland mit Münster mit 502 Mitarbeitenden - Ruhrgebiet mit Dortmund mit 2.141 Mitarbeitenden - Südwestfalen mit Siegen mit 796 Mitarbeitenden Region Schleswig-Holstein (Los 3 und 4): - Schleswig-Holstein Nord mit Rendsburg mit 896 Mitarbeitenden - Schleswig-Holstein Süd mit Ahrensburg mit 506 Mitarbeitenden Für jeden dieser Standorte sind sowohl eine Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit und eine Betriebsärztin/ein Betriebsarzt als auch eine jeweilige Vertretung abzustellen bzw. zu benennen. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, den Informationsaustausch zwischen den zuständigen Mitarbeitenden und der Vertretung dauerhaft sicherzustellen, damit der Arbeitsablauf jederzeit reibungslos verläuft. Die Betreuung an diversen Standorten wird für die feste Vertragslaufzeit von zwei Jahren mit der Option der zweimaligen Verlängerung um jeweils ein Jahr ausgeschrieben.
