Description

Die BWI GmbH erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag über Telematik-Infrastruktur (bestehend aus Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten sowie aufwandsbezogenen Dienstleistungs-Kontingenten) für die Bundeswehrkrankenhäuser, die Marine und die regionalen Sanitätseinrichtungen inklusive der dazugehörigen Serviceleistungen im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach §§ 14 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 und 3 VgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren abgeschlossen. Die Telematikinfrastruktur (TI) ist die Plattform für Gesundheitsanwendungen in Deutschland. Die Bundeswehrzentralkramkenhäuser (Bw(Z)Krhs) verwenden die Telematik-Infrastruktur gemäß den einschlägigen Bestimmung der gematik. Diese besteht aus Konnektoren und Kartenterminals. Es ist das Ziel die bestehende Telematik-Infrastruktur mit allen Komponenten und Applikationen fortzuführen, in anderen Gesundheitsbereichen des Kunden Bundeswehr aufzubauen und nach den Wünschen des Kunden sowie den Anforderungen der gematik auszubauen. Für die unter diesem Rahmenvertrag zu erbringenden Vertragsleistungen wird ein geschätzter Auftragswert von 15.879.620,00 Euro und einer Obergrenze von 23.819.430,00 Euro innerhalb der maximalen Gesamtvertragslaufzeit von vier Jahren ermittelt.
